1- No one under 18 years of age is allowed to camp unless accompanied by an adult.
2- All campers (seasonals too) must check in and register with the manager or volunteer staff. Registration hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with payment due upon arrival. Campers arriving after 9:00 p.m. will register and pay the following morning.
3- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
4- If camper vacates site without notifying the manager, site may be rented after a 24 hour period.
5- Visitors hours are over at 9:00 p.m.
6- Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced.
7- Gate closes at 9:00 p.m., only campers are allowed in after this time. We ask that all visitors leave the park by 10:00 p.m.
8- Swimming in approved areas only when supervised by a certified instructor. After 9:00 p.m., parents please keep children at your site.
9- Speed limit is 10 mph and will be enforced.
10- Dogs must have certificate of rabies vaccination. Dogs must be leashed without lead extending beyond 10 feet. Please use the dog walk area. Owners must clean up after their pet. Dogs must not be left outside unattended.
11- Firearms or fireworks are prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the premises.
12- Campfires not to exceed 2 feet above fire ring.
13- No use of accelerant for starting fires. (gas, kerosene etc.)
14- No burning of plastics and foods.
15- No motorized vehicles allowed on any beaches, except at boat launch area. No use of unauthorized vehicles in the campground.
16- Only one picnic table is supplied per site. No contact paper on picnic tables please.
17- Maximum number of people allowed overnight per site is 8 campers. Additional charge will be $4 per person for over 6 people. An additional site will be required for over 8 people.
18- Maximum number of RV's/trailers per site is 1. (See management for additional units/tents.)
19- Maximum number of vehicles* per site is 2. Additional vehicles must be parked in storage/overflow area.
20- Running of air conditioners when not on site is prohibited.
21- Campers are responsible for keeping their site clean and neat. Site ornaments, decorations, or improvements must have prior approval by the manager. Only factory made canopies and awnings allowed. Alterations to sites or surroundings (permanent attachments to trees, cutting trees) will not be permitted. All ornaments/furnishings must be cleared from the site at the end of your stay.
22- Dumping of holding tanks and gray water is permitted at the dump station only; dumping without proper discharge hose or at improper location is prohibited and can be cause for eviction. First violation $50 fine / Second violation will result in eviction.
23- Garbage must be disposed of properly according to campsite restrictions.
24- No alcohol consumption by minors is allowed.
25- Any drunk/disorderly persons will be removed from the premises.
26- All campers must be responsible for their visitors.
*Vehicle = car, truck, motorcycle, trailer, RV, 5th wheel, boat, or boat trailer.

Port Henry Campgrounds assumes no responsibility for personal property left at your site, dock, boat, or in parking/storage areas. The management has the right to evict anyone from the premises who is being disorderly, creating a problem, has made threatening actions, or abusive language. If any problems or injuries please let the management know as soon as possible to ensure the safety of everyone.
Camping is an outdoor experience. We do not give refunds/or credits due to the discomforts of nature, weather or for early departure or eviction.
Site Request Forms: A Site Request Form (SRF) MUST be filled out on or before the campgrounds close October 1st if you wish to reserve your site for the following year. The forms will be available in the campground office after the first of August.
These rules apply to BOTH the Town and Village Campgrounds.

Extras
27- One extra refrigerator may be added per metered site (no restriction on size). Outside refrigerators must be properly and safely wired, and for child safety purposes, the door must be locked when the camper is not on site.
28- Honey wagon pump-out service is available at $5.00 per pump-out. Seasonal service rates are $75 for once a week service, $150 for twice a week service. Please see our manager or volunteer staff to sign up for your choice
29- Long term storage of vehicles in overflow parking area is $3.00 per day or $13 per week
30- No commercial enterprise will operate from the campgrounds / no extra work vehicles or equipment will be stored on campground property
